[SECC] The Old Dixie QSO Party

Excellent idea's.  Many good suggestions.  I like the one of getting it all
(most) ? of it together.  If it would be possible to re-unite the states of
the OLD CONFEDERACY....may I suggest, humbly, of course...we call it

      THE OLD DIXIE QSO PARTY.

Perhaps getting em all together this time will prove as 'easy' as the last
time, eh?

What say guys and gals?
