[SECC] call for wpx ops

just had a few more cancellations, so I will not be doing this one as
Multi-Multi...it appears tah I might have to work that weekend anyway...so
to those who were coming....my appologies.....looks like the next contest
we will do as a multi might be the GAQSO part...that is if it happens...if
not we will fire up for cqww ssb in Oct and cw in Nov....de Rick
