Well, it is really easy. Bruce, WA7BNM has set up a web site for 
submitting scores to 3830. Just go to:

<http://www.hornucopia.com/3830score/>

And pick the contest from the list, then fill in the form. This page 
changes with each contest, and the forms rotate through (don't try to 
post a score from a contest six months ago -- you won't find the form!)
