Hi guys,

I have this great ISP that does my web hosting and k9ay.com and
aytechnologies.com e-mail routing -- Akorn Access. Customer support is so good,
I'm going to use them for another upcoming business venture!

My DSL is with Earthlink/Mindspring, and I haven't had a need to test their
technical support. Their DSL allows you to access up to six e-mail addresses --
I have five, one Earthlink, one Mindspring and three at Akorn Access, routed
through Mindspring). Don't know whether Akorn or Earthlink (or both) gets
credit, but the multi-address e-mail process has been trouble-free.

We have three computers networked at home (not bad for two people!) plus the DSL
modem -- while we can't be logged on at the same time, the XYL and I can get on
from our respective PCs with separate setups and e-mail addresses.

BTW -- I don't use the Earthlink software for anything but managing my
connection. Everything I do is set up in Outlook Express and Internet Explorer.
