[SECC] Center of the World

My computer software program (DeLorme AAA Map 'n' Go v7.0) list the 
intersection of Hwy 23 and Hwy 20 as N34.05.797, W84.00.823.  "Downtown 
Buford" is NW of there, but not shown in detail.  These coordinates are 
pretty close though.
