[SECC] Willing to Step up - GQP

Ok... maybe I'm walking into a buzzsaw with this...

	I am willing to step up and take charge of the Georgia QSO 
Party.... however, I would need some guidance on what exactly 
should be / needs to be done - since this would be my first time !

	If someone has already stepped up, then I would be willing 
to help out...
