[SECC] Stop policemen on 160 SSB

>From what I have seen in amateur radio on the HF SSB bands....we are in deep
trouble.    We have the 14.313 crowd, the inbred jammers that hang on it.
Now the return of K1MAN which is attracting the same inbred fools to 14.275.

We have the N4MRF types on 75 meters that run illegal power and reset their
carrier offsets and pump up the audio in order to intentionally splatter.

No, I don't hold the same good thoughts you have for ham radio.  It looks to
me like it is going down hill fast.
