Please welcome N4NX, Bill Barr to the SECC. Bill joined in July 2001, but 
due to some missing e-mails, he was inadvertantly left off the roster.

Bill, welcome, and we'll be looking for your call in the contests this 
season. Hope you will be QRV for the NAQP Phone this weekend, or the CQ 
160m CW the next weekend.
