[SECC] New Member - K0DQ Scott Redd, of Marietta, GA

and I've just now processed his information.

Scott comes with a plethora of prior calls, including P40Q, A92Q, K0DQI, 
XE1IIJ, 6J9AA, 6D1AA, 4C5AA, and obviously brings a lot of experience to 
the club.
