[SECC] New Member - WB6BWZ, Matt Lee of Atlanta, GA

Please welcome WB6BWZ, Matt Lee to the SECC. Matt just joined a couple of 
days ago.

Matt is interestined in CW, SSB, RTTY, PSK31, and all-band QRP operating. 

Matt is a "contest newbie", as he called it. Well, Matt, you couldn't 
have picked a nicer bunch of contesters to associate with.

Matt is using an FT-817 as his primary rig, so he's really serious about 
this QRP stuff. He just purchased WriteLog, and entered the NAQP CW last 
week.
