[SECC] Georgia Counties

Thanks to updates from Jeff, KU8E, these are the
counties for which we do not have a commitment:

Baker  Burke   Clayton   Columbia   Douglas  Glascock

Jeff Davis   Jenkins   Richmond  Screven   Seminole

In retrospect, I should have done this analysis last
weekend to give the rovers a chance to adjust their
plans if possible.  Maybe next year we can plan a
mini-Dxpedition to Seminole COunty.  We'll have to
start laying in a supply of bug repellant ealty in the
year!
