Jeff hails from the mid-west, where he was (? is) a member of the Mad 
River Contest Club. 

Jeff has no favorite contests. He loves them all, right Jeff? 

Jeff has already been on the reflector for a while, and we're glad to 
have him down here in the Southeast.
