[SECC] GQP Plaques

 Hi All,

   The GQP webpage should be mostly up to date. Please take a look
at gqp.contesting.com and report any errors too me . It is still a work
in progress as far as fixing some of the cosmetic errors - i.e. I am
aware of the heading at the top covering up the SECC and SEDXC logos
- and I am in presently fixing that....
