I have changed the links from the SECC Web site to point to the recently
updated gqp.contesting.com site instead of old GQP info on the SECC site.

 Hi All,

   The GQP webpage should be mostly up to date. Please take a look
at gqp.contesting.com and report any errors too me . It is still a work
in progress as far as fixing some of the cosmetic errors - i.e. I am
aware of the heading at the top covering up the SECC and SEDXC logos
- and I am in presently fixing that....
