I agree with John on the dangers of county line QSO's
- several years ago in the previous incarnation of the
GQP, I operated briefly from a three county junction
in Georgia - it was in the middle of a bridge over
Flat Shoals in the Monroe area.  Think the only person
I worked was N6MU and I was quite happy to get off the
bridge.
