I think it would be a good idea to post it to the reflector.  We
actually need to make the announcement even sooner, so we get it on the
annual contest calendars that various individuals or organizations
publish.

Another consideration is that the results of the 2002 GQP need to be
published and in the hands of the participants well before the 2003
contest.  So, KD3UC needs to tell us when the results will be ready and
KT4ZB needs to tell us how long after the results are in his hands it
will take to get the results and certificates to the participants.  I
know K4OGG is ready to order plaques as soon as Jeff gets the winners'
calls to him.
