Some other suggestions :

 1) Shorten contest to 12 hours. 20 hours is too long for the
participation that we get from GA.

 2) Allow GA stations to work other GA stations for multipliers. This
would encourage GA stations to not spend the whole day on 20 meters or
higher and not go to 40 until it gets dark.

 3) Have a portable class in addition to the rover/mobile class.


 I vote "YES" for changing the date to April....
