I think that the date should be changed and soon so that it can make it into
the calendars and into people's plans.

To allow the running of county lines in the GQP does not mandate that folks
only run county lines.  If one finds it inefficient, there is no burden on
them.

On the otherhand, those that do the mini equivalent of running a GQP every
few weekends (county hunters)do find the running of county lines to be more
efficient.  Allowing the running of county lines lets each do it the way
they want to...
