    We should be careful about erecting any roadblock for those who might
not have computers or computer skills and yet want a shot at winning a
plaque in the GQP.  It seems incompatible to impose a non-ham criteria for a
ham radio event. Computers are nice but they are not radios. And yes, there
are many hams who still are not into computers. One answer might be to
spread the workload around on grading the paper logs. The new rule is worth
revisiting before the next GQP.
