[SECC] Help with NAQP

I see 2 possible problems:

1. Since the NAQP is limited to 100 watts, the "SINGLE OP ALL LOW"
SHOULD probably be replaced by "SINGLE OP"	

2. I don't know what "club" name was submitted, but if it was under
the South East
Contest Club, the SECC should be fully spelled out.

Without seeing the whole log, it's difficult to say more.
