Here is a message from Denny, K2SX, about a special certificate for 
working members of the Order of Boiled Owls, which is celebrating its 
50th Anniversary and an announcement of special operation by their club 
station, KW2O, in NAQP CW tomorrow.

The year 2004 marks the 50th anniversary of the Order of Boiled OWLs of 
NY (OBO), a club consisting of DXers and Contesters in the metropolitan 
NYC area.  In honor of that birthday, the OBO is sponsoring a special 
award for working five different members of the club.  For details on

Also in honor of that birthday and to make it easier for those who are 
interested, the club station of the OWLs, KW2O, is expected to be active 
in this weekend's NA QSO Party.  Several other members are also expected
