Walked away thinking I was "loud" on the low bands, but by reviewing the
scores - so was everyone else!

My goals for the event were as follows:
Band	Qs	Mults	Time (hrs)
160	74	31	1.5
80	110	38	2
40	160	45	3
20	110	40	2.5
15	40	15	.5
10	15	10	.5
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
	509	179	= 91K
The numbers look weird, but this represents roughly a 10% improvement over
last year in both Qs and Mults.  I set time boxes for the bands that seemed
to help, both in managing the clock, but also in forcing effort, as it were.
I.e. I only have this much time, so I better be aggressive on the particular
band.  I've learned over the years that my weakness in in the high bands,
thus the short amount of time spent there (all S & P).  Seemed as though the
lords of propogation pulled the plug on 20 at around 2300 - everything
stopped - bam, just like that.  40 for me was weird; just couldn't seem to
get things going.  In years past, this is where the majority of my Qs came
from.
80 and 160 were a blast for me.  I found a clear frequency called CQ and it
was non-stop for the duration.  I achieved the Q and mult goals with about
20 minutes to spare in the time box and went back to 40 to improve the
score.  Same thing on 160.  Found a clear frequency, called CQ and it was
instant pile-up.  40% of the Qs came within 3 hrs on these 2 bands.  Fun!!
Here's the results:
Band	Qs	Mults	Time (hrs)
160	104	32	1.5
80	112	38	1.6
40	131	35	3.3
20	95	35	2
15	33	17	1.0
10	17	10	.5
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
	492	167	=   82,164

I hit 7 of 12 Q and Mult goals, but I feel a bit empty. If 20 and 40 would
have had better conditions, I would be much more pleased and might have hit
K4NO's "sales pitch" for 100K points. Overall and as always a fun event
from the all-wirehead category. Had to contend with cyclic line noise from
somewhere that propogated through all the bands - sounded like an electric
fence.  Buzzz - quiet  - buzzz  -  quiet  - lather  -  rinse  -  repeat.

See you all from K4NO multi this weekend.
