[SECC] Fw: Jan. 17th

Dan,

I've been a ham for 25 years and I realize that it goes on all of the time.
That's one of the reasons that I got out of this hobby and took a 10 year
hiatus.  I'm having second thoughts about why I ever got back in.  I've seen
it for 25 years but is no reason why I have to accept it or like it.  In my
opinion, changing the licensing structure will only worsen a less than
perfect situation.  However, that's not much of an argument for maintaining
the CW requirement with the behavior that already exists from the guys who
had to pass it.
