[SECC] CQ 160 Claimed Scores

[Matt Lee, WB6BWZ]

I was told that SECC members will give their CQWW-160-CW/SSB scores to
the SEDXC.

I always doublecheck with K4BAI because I always get the CQ and ARRL
160m contests confused. 

Would be nice to see it "written in stone" somewhere so I won't have to
pester K4BAI every year, hi.
