In my experience, those QSO parties that tried to have a session on Friday night got NO participation. I think it was Oklahoma or maybe Arkansas last year. Friday night is the end of the work week and a family night or a night out for most people. If it's not a 48 hours world wide DX contest of some kind, Friday night contests don't work. 73, John, K4BAI.
