[SECC] 2004 ARRL Spring VHF Contest

VHF contesting is how I cut my teeth in contesting.  Hill topping,  working
tropo,  e-skip, etc is a blast.  In fact that is where I had my most fun. 
Trouble is now I'm too gimped up to do it.  Oh well,  so I'll be the guy
out there calling them.. hi.
