[SECC] ICE BP Filters

I'm in the middle of doing some parametric measurements/comparisons of
bandpass filters.  I've completed data collection on Dunestar and W3NQN
filters, and am now looking for examples of ICE.  If anyone in SECC has one
or more ICE filters, I would like to borrow same for 24 hours so I can run
some checks.
