[SECC] SECC logo for QSL cards

Well, N1CC sent me a *beautiful* black-and-white rendition of the SECC
logo, and W4MPY says it's usable.  So, if you're ordering cards from
W4MPY, you can now ask for the SECC Logo on your card.  If you order
from someone else, I'll keep a copy of the .gif here, or I'm sure you
can get it from N1CC, so you can send it to your printer.
