[SECC] Fists Club Coast-to-Coast Operating Event.

It's just 9 days away. The 4th annual Fists Coast to Coast contest on
October 24th from 0000Z to 2400Z. Try to contact as many Fists clubs on as
many bands as possible. So far we have 12 clubs on the roster and more will
come aboard the closer we get to the date. Last year we had 56 clubs for you
