Be careful about putting too much emphasis on the "circle."  Yes, it is 
required for ARRL contests.  Yes, it should be moved further south since 
we get virtually no participation in TN and NC.  But, it is only for 
ARRL Contests.  For CQ contests, WAE, and other sponsors, there is no 
circle and all members should contribute their scores for the club 
aggregate competitions.  73, John, K4BAI.
