SECC Contest Circle to include W4OC & K4WI? (was: RE: Re: [SECC] Alabama QSO Party)

Matt,

 Could you make another map and do the following :

1. Move the northern edge of the circle to the TN/GA border. This would move the circle south.

2. Shift the east edge of the circle so W4OC is right on the edge of it. This
   would move the circle west.

  It would be interesting to see what that looks like....
