[SECC] Field Day and W4AN

Ed,

You need to wait until we figure out if there will be a SECC FD first.  I am willing
to organize something down here if there is any interest ???  I am about 75 miles SW
of downtown Atlanta... It is still 2 months away from FD so will need to wait before promising
use of the call until later...
