[SECC] IC706 for sale by KU8E

See the message below from KU8E, Jeff, who is attempting to sell his 
IC706.  I have used it in his car for a number of contests and it works 
well.  Jeff is not connected to the reflector right now.  73, John, K4BAI.

Maybe you could pass this along to the SECC reflector. Selling the Icom 
to get some cash to buy another TS850S.
