[SECC] Reminder May CW Sprint Logs

See message below from N4AF.  I have suggested that next year's contest 
be on the local date of March 31 (April 1 UTC).  Seems that is the date 
Howie intended to be talking about.  Should avoid any conflict with 
other contests, since it will be a split month weekend.  73, John, K4BAI.

A reminder that Saturday (tomorrow) is the cutoff date for emailing in
your logs.
