Back in West Virginia, they had a state Field Day plaque that was
awarded each year.  You had the notify the state AR Council before FD,
and each entrant was scored by their percentage standing within their
category (rank in category / number of FD entrants in category).
Whoever had the highest percentage standing got the plaque that year.
It made for a bit of extra competition between the state AR clubs.  I
particularly remember this because the club I was a member of managed to
hang on to the plaque for several years running.
