[SECC] keyers

[Dan/W4NTI]

I have a homebrew keyer that is called the WB4VVF.  Came out in QST about 73 
I think.  Put it in an old Ten Tec keyer box.  No memories, no frills.  Just 
use it on my TS-530S and Ten Tec rig.  Via a homebrew interface of course.
