[SECC] Announcement, Dec. QRP Spartan Sprint Tonight

Tonight is the December Adventure Radio Society Spartan Sprint.  Let's 
hope propagation is better than it has been the last few months.

The contest runs for two hours starting at 9 pm Eastern Standard, 8 pm
Central Standard, 7 pm Mountain Standard, 6 pm Pacific Standard.  That's
0200 to 0400 UTC.

Exchange - Report, State (Province), Power as in:   559 ME 5W

After the Sprint, fill out the Autolog at:
www.ARSqrp.com/ars/ss_log.html

Enjoy, and get your logs in by noon Wednesday.  Results should be posted
by Thursday.
