[SECC] Announcement: QRP 20 meter summer Fox Hunts

Right around the corner - a week from tomorrow - the Summer 20M QRP
Fox Hunt will begin, and run for ten weeks.

We've got a great group of Foxii, some tried-and-true veterans and
some newcomers. Info on rules, scheduling and a "primer" for those who
haven't tried Fox-Hunting, QRP-style, can be found on the QRP Fox Hunt
website, http://www.qrpfoxhunt.org/

Most of the chatter about the Hunts is found on our reflector, QFOX.
There's a quick link for signing up on our website.
