[SECC] DXCC applications

FYI..

 

The processing time for DXCC application, dual-application, or endorsements
at the ARRL is now about two and a half months, due to a heavy back log.

 

However, the DXCC desk has added two helpful web sites. The first is a blog
where Bill provides DXCC update information that is quite useful:

 

       http://www.arrl.org/blog/DXCC%20Dialog

 

The second is a web page where you can check to see if your DXCC application
has been received by the ARRL:

 

       http://www.arrl.org/awards/dxcc/appstatus.html

 

This is also very helpful because at least you can now find out if your
application was received by the ARRL. Otherwise, unless you phone and ask,
you will never know!
