[SECC] VP6DX FINALLY!

Today, I received notice of uploads to LoTW for most of my VP6DX contacts (18 of em).  That was early this morning.  In today's mail I received not one but TWO of those beautiful booklets covering all 22 actual contacts.  I am a happy camper once again.
