[SECC] Announcement, NCJ NAQP RTTY Practice Session Friday Night

There will be a practice from 0230-0300Z Saturday (Friday evening NA time)
for the NA RTTY Sprint.  20 meters may not be too great for anything but
local contacts, but 40 and 80 should be fine.  Same NCJ rules as the real
thing the next day.  Great way to check out equipment and software (and,
confuse folks who aren't aware this is a practice).
