[SECC] Tower Wanted

To any and all:
I've got the green light from my xyl to put in a tower.  Yea...should be a nice upgrade from my g5rv.
I'm hoping that I can buy one used.  I live on an acre, but dont have enough room for guys.
I'm thinking about a crank up tower
US towers MA-550MDP, 770MDP or 850 MDP
or  TX series TX-472MDP or 489MDPL
We have pretty severe weather at times sure you all know about that hi hi} so a motorized crank-up seems the ticket.
