20M only.  Dupes OK after one intervening QSO. One kHz QSY rule.    Just 
for fun!

This week, we'll use NS rules on *SINGLE BAND 20m, dupes OK* for the 
Thursday  practice,
AUG. 13 local date in North America;  

Practice the _basic skill of all Sprints_, S&P for cuplets,  and maximum 
rate.  Take a week off from SO2R!!!

*30 minutes starting at 0230Z, 20m CW, 100w max

*NS RULES*:   *DUPES OK with one intervening QSO*, *100 watts
