[SECC] Membership

Hi,

I filled out the form on your website to apply for membership and the screen refreshed having erased my input with no confirmation that my information had been submitted.  (This on a Mac.)

This morning I tried again from a PC and the same thing happened.

I'm interested in joining.  Please help.
