This certainly could hamper "Single Op--No Driver" category!  But I presume that 
others in the mobile categories would not be inhibited.  

Interesting that you said "ban on the use....while driving".  Wonder if handfree 
with a  Blue tooth device would be allowed.  

Ft Rucker in Ozark, AL has made it illegal to use a cell phone while driving!  As 
far as I know they will allow handfree operation.  

Interesting to see how this will work out...  If GA does this, I am sure that many 
of the other states will follow.
