[SECC] SECC Call for NAQP CW and SSB Team Signup

Hi Tommy,

Minor correction: the cw contest starts on August 7th and the ssb
contest on the 21st.

Put me down for a cw team and possibly a ssb team, I'll have to let
you know about that one later.
