[SECC] Spotting Assistance Locally

Very intersting. Sri fer not conn b4. It connected right up from N1MM.

I did set my "packet spot timeout" to 30 min to remove the spots that
had long since likely gone QRT or QSY. During contests I push it up to
2 or 3 hours so I can keep the ones I work and the non-workable ones
showing longer.

I went through a list on 40 and heard everything listed. (Mack and I
live nearby). Worked a few, no new ones for me. The 4L1/Georgia was
simplex and a zoo.

I do detect the spots are close to 100 Hz high from what my radio
would spot for the same station. I'm set up for a 500 Hz tone and
corresponding offset yet the spots from Skimmer set me up for 600 Hz.
We probably need to play with this while on the phone or FM to figure
out what is what where.

Now I need to merge my CC Cluster with this. And see if I can get a
Telnet client working on the iPhone - hi hi.
