[SECC] Signal reports

I think one good goal for the net would be to make us all as good as we
possibly can be. We can certainly chat here on email, but actually
interacting and hearing how we sound can really help us improve a great
deal. Things are also faster by voice rather than by typing.

It can also help us avoid those annoying immature cluster cop reports which
should only be a last resort when all other methods of pointing out problems
have failed. :-)

It make us more of a team when we work to help each other, plus we all get
better and most important of all smarter.

For example, we can all learn from Fred's results in the last contest. This
sets a new goal for someone else to outdo without the excuse that "they live
way up there".

I'm really pumped up that we might start being more like the big groups up
NE.

It's been great kicking their butts on 160 (something they never dreamed
would happen), and I hope people down here can start to do the same on other
bands and I really don't care which one of us does it as long as it gets
done. :-)

One thing interesting is to look at Fred's reports on skimmer compared to
stations using stacks. I think a good technical analysis of how the signal
levels change can be the key to changing how we do things. The problem is we
have to keep it a secret just for us. :-)
