[SECC] I get an attachment with every SECC post NEVER MIND

I just tried downloading my email on another computer here running a 
different version of my email program and it does NOT show that 
attachment. Must be some weirdness with the different email program and 
SECC email format. So: no problem, guys. Sorry about the wasted bandwidth.
