[SECC] Annouoncement MD-DC QSO Party This Weekend

The Maryland QSO Party takes place this weekend.

Times are:

Saturday: 1600z - 0400z (Sun)

Sunday: 1600z - 0000z

Suggested CW QRGs: 3.557 for 80 and .045 for all higher bands.

Exchange:  Non-MD stations need only send state/province/country.  No 
serial numbers are necessary.

I hope to be operating on and off during the contest and hope that 
you'll keep an ear out for me.
